Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at our support email. Cancellation requests after processing may not be accepted.

Refunds

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of perfumes and attars, used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
