Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive for perfection in every bottle. While the fragrance quality remains consistent, please note that packaging or bottle shades may occasionally vary slightly due to lighting in photography or batch updates. Rest assured, you will always receive an authentic Aihan fragrance.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A digital copy of your receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also log in to your account on aihanperfumes.com to view your complete order history and download invoices.

How can I return an item?

To maintain hygiene standards for our beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you face such an issue, please reach out to our support team with an unboxing video within 48 hours, and we will guide you through the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most of our popular scents are restocked regularly. However, some of our premium "limited edition" blends may take longer to return or might be replaced by newer collections. Keep an eye on the website or sign up for our newsletter to get notified.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently provide shipping services to almost all serviceable pin codes across India. At this moment, we are focused on delivering our fragrances within domestic borders and do not offer international shipping.
