I'm not sure what fragrance suits me. Where should I start?
Start with our best sellers, or message us on WhatsApp with the scents you usually enjoy — we will suggest a few fragrances to try.
What's the difference between perfume and attar?
Perfumes are spray fragrances, while attars are concentrated perfume oils traditionally applied directly to the skin. The experience, projection and the way they develop can feel different.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. Delivery takes 3–5 working days in metro cities and 4–7 working days for other regions. You will receive tracking details by SMS or email once your order ships.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship to almost all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Can I return a product?
To maintain hygiene standards, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, incorrect or missing. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video and we'll guide you through the process. Used or opened products can't be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The fragrance is always the same. Packaging or bottle shades may occasionally vary slightly because of lighting in photography or batch updates — you will always receive an authentic Aihan fragrance.
Where can I view my receipt?
A digital receipt is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also log in to your account to see your order history.
Will you restock items that are out of stock?
Most of our popular scents are restocked regularly. Some limited blends may take longer or be replaced by newer releases — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.
Can I buy Aihan fragrances as gifts?
Yes. Our perfumes and attars make thoughtful gifts — message us on WhatsApp for festive, wedding and bulk / corporate gifting.
